Ocimene may also offer a wide array of medicinal properties and well as uplifting effects, its shown promising antiviral, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-oxidative, and antiseptic effects, although more research needs to be conducted to determine what this terpene does and doesn’t do. Ocimene has sweet and herbaceous flavors with citrusy and woody undertones.
